About the HOA
The West Grove Estates Home Owners Association (HOA) is a society incorporated to do the following for the benefit of the West Grove Estates Homeowners:

Promote, foster, assist and develop the spirit of the West Grove Estates community

Maintaining and promoting the design and appearance of the buildings within the community, as constructed and thereafter, to be consistent with the Architectural Guidelines of the community

Maintaining community improvements installed by the Developer

Promote the interests of the West Grove Estates community and advancing any plans for the advantage of the community
Members (Owners) Responsibilities:

Abide by the Architectural Guidelines of the West Grove Community

Keep their house, yard and fencing in a well maintained condition such that they do not detract from the overall aesthetics of the community

Pay mandatory annual HOA dues of $200 to support the purpose of the HOA
