HOA Fees are $200 per year. These fees are mandatory for every property in the development.

HOA fees cover ongoing beautification efforts by the HOA over and above City of Calgary maintenance, costs for hosting community-building activities such as the Annual Neighbour Day BBQ, and any repairs or improvements required to the common property of the HOA (ie. fences, entry features, etc.).

Invoices are issued early each year to each property owner.  Invoices are emailed and can be paid online via credit card or PayPal. If the HOA Board does not have an email address, invoices are mailed.

Effective in December 31, 2018, on the last day of each year, a 10% interest charge will be applied to all outstanding amounts for each property and invoiced with the next year's Fees. Any costs incurred to collect outstanding Fees are the responsibility of the homeowner.
